We had the pleasure of having Lucy and little Freddie over to talk about slings (the many and varied styles and types) and to visit the free zoo aka the allotment!
We had a wander around the site and stopped off at the clubhouse for a cuppa before heading back home.
The glorious weather meant lots of people were at the allotment – we saw a motley crew of chicken keepers going around the site, applying a mix of linseed oil and paraffin with a paint brush onto chicken’s legs to help stop scaly mite which our Vorwerks and some other chickens on site have caught. In theory it gets rid of them in a couple of doses!
