A Surprise Bee

This evening when I went down to feed Pop, I spotted something rather unusual on the side of the greenhouse. It appeared to be a large bee! I instantly recognised it as Will’s handiwork. He really does have a talent with woodwork.

I had a quick chat with Geoff and we both agreed that Pop seems to be on the mend again. Geoff had even spotted her on her legs today albeit very wobbly. The vitamin E solution does seem to be working and I will keep her on it for the next week or so. I managed to persuade Pop to have a good drink and eat a reasonable amount of corn and sunflower seeds. Before I left, I put her into the nest box and left her curled up already half asleep as the greenhouse door closed.
